At Smiles at Fairfax Corner, our goal is to provide quality dental care to all our patients in a timely manner. To ensure this, we maintain a strict cancellation and no-show policy. Your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments prevent us from offering care to other patients in need.

Please carefully review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling with Less than 48-Hour Notice

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled without at least 48 hours' notice will be subject to a $150.00 cancellation fee .

2. Cancellation or Rescheduling Within 24 Hours

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the total scheduled procedure amount .

3. No-Show Policy

Patients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice ("no-show") will be charged 100% of the scheduled procedure amount .

4. Payment Responsibility

These fees are not billable to insurance and are the sole responsibility of the patient.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact our office as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the management on a case-by-case basis.
